Personal attention,
business protection.
Your outside general counsel, providing risk management, counseling, and representation in all stages of your company’s growth.
Dimple Desai Shah prides herself in providing her clients with personalized, one-on-one attention. Earning their confidence and trust is her number one priority. She is a trusted counselor with a passion for protecting her clients’ business interests and believes strongly that an understanding of the client’s business operations and its long-term goals is the key to effective representation.
After over two decades of experience in high-stakes “bet-the-company” litigation, Dimple knows that “winning” a case does not always mean litigating it to the bitter end with a trial win. Though she prepares every case for a potential trial, she understands that winning a case more often means reaching the best solution possible for the client, in the shortest amount of time with cost-efficiency. This firm is not motivated or driven to “bill hours.” The firm is motivated to deliver results and measures success on the overall benefit delivered to the client’s business, not the amount of fees generated. Dimple treats her clients’ businesses as if they were her own, and it shows. Her results have allowed her to maintain long-term relationships with her valued clients, who continue to seek her counsel in all aspects of their legal needs given her track record.

Experienced & Trusted.
Over 20 years of experience representing individuals and corporate entities in business risk management, litigation, and healthcare-related legal matters.
Litigation
Our firm has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation, including pre-litigation risk assessment and management, claims management, the entire process of litigation from initial case filing through trial, settlement, and post-trial matters. Our representative experience includes the successful representation of individuals and corporate entities in various lines of business, including medical practices and practitioners, life sciences companies (pharmaceutical, medical device, and nutraceutical), manufacturers, distributors, contractors, and subcontractors.
Healthcare
Dimple has represented healthcare practitioners and entities in various capacities since she first started practicing law over 20 years ago. She serves as outside general counsel for medical groups and understands that not every practice is the same, not every physician is the same. Dimple’s tailored approach to representing providers in their contract negotiations, business litigation, employee management, and internal systems is designed to maximize the individual provider’s long-term business success and vision for growth.
Risk Management
Knowing how your client’s business runs helps you identify and prioritize risks. Dimple regularly performs client business risk assessments. In doing so, she evaluates various aspects of the client’s corporate entity, including its supervisory structure, internal policies and procedures, customer expectations and complaints, the current litigation landscape, conflicts of interest, and books and records retention. We implement risk management plans to minimize, monitor, control, avoid and reduce litigation risks.
